4/16/2023 Had a large branch come down off a conifer in the high winds which fell across neighbours garden. Lee sent his team round the next day to deal with the fallen branch and cut out the tree itself which had been damaged.

3/02/2021 Used LJM Tree Care for a domestic job. They took down the height and weight of our rather unruly eucalyptus, and took out an unsafe branch from our previous attempts. They also pruned another tree for us, taking out a bit of height and volume so we can hopefully get a bit more sunshine into the garden without having to lose our lovely trees. Lee and Josh were great, giving me advice on the garden and trees and the kids loved watching the branches go through the chipper, from a safe distance of course. I messaged this company early in the week via Google asking if they would like to quote for a job. Got a swift response on the Tuesday to be honest, asking if they could call out same day at 9.30am. I was in work so politely declined and offered numerous alternative times and dates. I got no response so I messaged again providing my number saying you can call me if its easier. That was 2 days ago and there's been no communication from them since. For this reason I wouldn't recommend or use in future. C x
