Had a large branch come down off a conifer in the high winds which fell across neighbours garden. Lee sent his team round the next day to deal with the fallen branch and cut out the tree itself which had been damaged. Delighted with efficient service. Good price.   Got in contact with Josh. Confirmed appointment to come out to quote. I followed up the day before our appointment to confirm we were still okay, he replied and said yes. He never turned up. No calls, no notification. Would not recommend for this reason.

  I messaged this company early in the week via Google asking if they would like to quote for a job. Got a swift response on the Tuesday to be honest, asking if they could call out same day at 9.30am. I was in work so politely declined and offered numerous alternative times and dates. I got no response so I messaged again providing my number saying you can call me if its easier. That was 2 days ago and there's been no communication from them since. For this reason I wouldn't recommend or use in future.
