Got in contact with Josh. Confirmed appointment to come out to quote. I followed up the day before our appointment to confirm we were still okay, he replied and said yes. He never turned up. No calls, no notification. Would not recommend for this reason.

  Had a large branch come down off a conifer in the high winds which fell across neighbours garden. Lee sent his team round the next day to deal with the fallen branch and cut out the tree itself which had been damaged. Delighted with efficient service. Good price.
